We've had ProSkill replace our A/C and our Water Heater. I could not be more pleased with both installations. These are big ticket items to replace in a home but I feel that ProSkill had very reasonable prices. Their professionalism, courtesy and communication are top notch. I would highly recommend!

I called ProSkill after finding out our water heater had corroded through the top of the tank. Within 45 minutes of my call, technician, Jeff, was at the house and ready to replace the unit. Unfortunately, due to the abnormally-small space built for the water heater, he had to call for backup to assist in the removal of the old unit and install of the new one. The job only took them a couple of hours and they even connected a drain pipe to the drip pan to lead and water away from the drywall. Despite having to add a second technician, the original quote was honored without question and we had hot water again. Overall, a 5-star experience from start to finish. I will be moving them atop my list of HVAC, plumbing, and water heater service companies!

Excellent company! What a pleasure to deal with a company that communicates so thoroughly. I made the appointment and they scheduled a service call the very next day, immediately confirmed via text, with the name and photo of the service tech. Also, texted me when he was on his way. Joseph was one of the most professional service techs I've dealt with in a very long time. He completed every aspect of the serve call, explained each step and ensured that I had no questions before he left. What a pleasure. They are my "go-to" plumbing company.
