5-star experience from start to finish.

I called ProSkill after finding out our water heater had corroded through the top of the tank. Within 45 minutes of my call, technician, Jeff, was at the house and ready to replace the unit. Unfortunately, due to the abnormally-small space built for the water heater, he had to call for backup to assist in the removal of the old unit and install of the new one. The job only took them a couple of hours and they even connected a drain pipe to the drip pan to lead and water away from the drywall. Despite having to add a second technician, the original quote was honored without question and we had hot water again. Overall, a 5-star experience from start to finish. I will be moving them atop my list of HVAC, plumbing, and water heater service companies!
