ProSkill Members Club Annual Memberships with ProSkill Services will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one year terms unless you choose to cancel or your membership is terminated by ProSkill Services.
You are required to notify ProSkill Services immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank or other account information. ProSkill Services may terminate automatically renewing Annual Memberships after two consecutive months of non-payment.
Discount benefits received prior to the end of the first six months of membership may be subject to charge-back in the event of membership cancellation. Your membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your free maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. Membership benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of your benefits is not refundable.

ProSkill Members Club Billing
For automatically renewing Annual Memberships, your method of payment on file with ProSkill Services will continue to be charged each year at the rate shown on your ProSkill Members Club Agreement until membership is cancelled.
For automatically renewing Annual Memberships, the first annual payment is collected at the time of service. After that, annual payments will be billed on the 1st of the month of commencement the following year and will continue to be billed on the same date annually until cancelled.
