Air Conditioning with Furnace

Scope Of Work - AC / Furnace Vertical Install (Closet/Garage)

  • Perform Home Engineering Analysis (Load Calculation) via Manual J guidelines to ensure proper equipment sizing.
  • Protect home with floor covers.
  • Remove & Replace existing split system with new AHRI rated split system with furnace/coil in closet or garage.
  • Supply & Install new custom fabricated duct transition sealed to the flange of the coil to prevent air leaks. 
  • Supply & Install new p-trap. (as needed)
  • Supply & Install new vent for furnace exhaust to existing roof penetration.
  • Supply & Install heavy-duty electrical cord or service disconnect for the furnace.
  • Supply & Install gas distribution assembly, with drip leg & flexible gas line & shut off for furnace.
  • Supply & Install a basic programmable thermostat.
  • Supply & Install new condenser pad.
  • Supply & Install new service disconnect & electrical feeder from disconnect to system.
  • Flush existing line set to remove debris and mineral oil in preparation for R410a refrigerant.
  • Purge nitrogen through refrigerant tubing while brazing connections to prevent carbon build up.
  • Evacuate system/lineset and achieve a standing vacuum below 500 microns.
  • Re-insulate refrigerant lines outside and in closet/garage where applicable.
  • Startup and charge AC equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications to attain rated efficiency.
  • Flush and Test Condensate line to ensure drains are free of debris
  • Remove all waste from interior of home & vacuum floors.
  • Haul away & recycling of existing equipment per E.P.A. guidelines.
  • Post installation system inspection forms to be emailed to customer
  • Register equipment to activate extended warranties.
  • Final site visit by Install Manager for performance and quality review.

Scope Of Work - AC / Furnace Horizontal Install (Attic)

  • Perform Home Engineering Analysis (Load Calculation) via Manual J guidelines to ensure proper equipment sizing.
  • Protect home with floor covers and drape plastic in closets and pantries as needed.
  • Remove & Replace existing split system with new AHRI rated split system with furnace/coil in attic.
  • Supply & Install custom uni-strut hangers to support system &   drain pan.
  • Supply & Install new Goliath Dexelar secondary drip pan with vibration isolators.
  • Supply & Install new custom fabricated duct distribution boxes (plenums) matched & sealed to the flange of the coil & furnace to prevent air leaks. 
  • Supply & Install new p-trap (as needed).
  • Supply & Install water sensor in secondary pan.
  • Supply & Install new B-vent for furnace exhaust to existing roof penetration.
  • Supply & Install heavy-duty electrical cord or service disconnect for furnace.

Scope of Work

  • Remove & Replace existing package heat pump system with new AHRI rated package heat pump system.
  • Crane Included for Installation.
  • Supply & Install new service disconnect & electrical whip at unit.
  • Supply & Install insulated elbow.
  • Supply & Install painted angle iron stand.
  • Supply & Install a basic programmable thermostat.
  • Supply & Install new primary drain p-trap and test for proper operation.
  • Perform Home Engineering Analysis (Load Calculation) via Manual J to ensure proper equipment sizing.
  • Disposal and haul away of existing equipment per E.P.A. guidelines.
  • Register equipment to activate extended warranties.
  • Final site visit by Install Manager for performance and quality review.
