If any of these connections need to be replaced as well, we offer these repairs at a reasonable rate that reflects our understanding that we are already there to replace the unit. We offer new Bradford White 30 gallon, 40 gallon, 50 gallon and higher standard as well as high efficiency tankless water heaters. All prices can be confirmed before we start the job. How are we able to offer the best value for water heater replacement? Simply put, we work on volume! We purchase more water heaters a year than companies more than 5 times our size! Our high purchasing volume gives us top tier purchasing leverage, and in turn enables us to pass on these savings to our customers.
If you are in need of a water heater replacement, give us a call. We would be happy to provide you with an estimate over the phone, and arrange an installation appointment at a time convenient for you.
Did you know? There is a part inside every water heater tank, that prevents it from starting to rust the day you put water in it? It is called a Sacrificial Anode rod. The anode is a long cylinder of weaker metal than the steel water heater tank, and is designed to corrode sacrificially, as a means of protecting any exposed steel in the water heater tank from prematurely rusting/corroding. Replacement of this anode rod is recommended when the anode material has corroded. Periodic replacement of this part, before it has corroded entirely, prevents the tank from corroding and leaking. And, when you need servicing, call ProSkill. We're the water heater repair Phoenix residents choose first!
Most people do not bother replacing this part, and so the tank is only guaranteed by the manufacturer against leaks for 6 years. Most tanks begin to leak anywhere from 5-10 years of age. However, regular timely preventative replacement of the Anode before it is depleted can protect the tank indefinitely.
ProSkill is now offering a free inspection of the water heater anode rod, and replacement, if needed, call for inspection pricing. If you would like to schedule your free inspection, please feel free to give us a call!
