We offer two Memberships types: one that includes Semi-Annual maintenance of Heating & Air Conditioning systems, and one that includes a yearly filter change and tune up for Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Systems. Members Club Services:

HVAC ProSkill Members Club

Your Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough Heating Precision Maintenance and Cleaning, to keep you warm during those chilly winter nights.
Your Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough Air Conditioning Precision Maintenance and Professional Cleaning to keep you cool during those hot summer days.
Upon request, your Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough Plumbing Safety Inspection for plumbing fixtures to inspect water leaks, ensure drains are flowing properly and to check all water heating and water treatment systems.
Your Membership includes a thorough attic analysis to inspect your insulation levels and all accessible ductwork for leaks.
As a Member, upon request, we guarantee 48-hour repair response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request and repair(s) is needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair up to $250.
As a Member, upon request, if your HVAC System, Water Treatment System, and/or Water Heating Systems need to be replaced, we will prioritize your installation.
As a Member, we are here to serve you. If you move, you can transfer your membership to your new home (if in our service area).
As a Member, the standard $79 Service Fee will be waived during normal business hours. Some advanced diagnostic fees may apply.
As a Member, the $149 After-Hours Service Fee is reduced to $75! Some advanced diagnostic fees may apply.
As a Member, you’re guaranteed 5% off any Drain Clearing fee. In addition, upon request, we will perform a camera inspection of the affected main drain line at no additional cost.
As a Member, you’re guaranteed 5% off all HVAC and plumbing repairs purchased from ProSkill Services.
As a Member, the original warranty on any ProSkill HVAC repair(s) performed today or while a member, is extended for so long as you remain an uninterrupted Member.
Members will receive a 1% loyalty discount on new equipment for every consecutive 12-month period they remain enrolled and payments are kept current.

* If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Maintenance and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Maintenance and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).

** If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Plumbing Inspection has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Plumbing Inspection per year.

*** Standard service charges apply. Service on Sundays and major holidays excluded.

**** After hours fee applies to appointments occurring Monday-Saturday 5:01pm-8pm and Sunday 7am-5pm. Major holidays are subject to additional fees.

***** Accessible cleanout necessary. Excludes: area drains, roof drains and gutters.

****** Warranty excludes compressors, heat exchangers, coils, refrigerant leaks, rodent damages and condensate blockages. No monetary value.

******* Offer applies to complete HVAC systems, water heating systems or water treatment systems purchased from ProSkill Services. Accrual continues after redemption, with a maximum discount accrual not to exceed 10%. Offer applies to service location enrolled in the ProSkill membership program. Membership must stay current through date of service.

RO ProSkill Members Club

Upon request, your Membership includes, at no cost, a thorough RO Maintenance and Plumbing Safety Inspection to replace all Pre-Membrane and Post-Membrane filters, sanitize filter bowls, repressurize bladder storage tank, and inspect membrane for purification performance and efficient operation. In addition, your visit includes inspecting plumbing fixtures for water leaks, ensuring drains are flowing properly and to check all water heating and water treatment systems.
